Can you dim a constant current LED driver?
The constant current supply tries to compensate for the lack of current when the led is dimming. The PWM turn the led on and off at a high frequency invisible to humans, The lower the frequency, the lower the light output, So, whether if a constant current can be dim? The answer is Yes, if its a non dimmable driver, use a simple dimmer switch to do a simple dimming function, if its a triac dimmable driver or 0-10v dimmable drivers, use triac dimmers or 0-10v dimmers to reach dimming function.
